Delivery Policy

We sell bookings for accommodation stays and guided activities, not physical products, so there is nothing to ship or deliver by courier or post.

Once a booking is confirmed, it's delivered electronically: you receive an instant booking confirmation, and the stay or activity itself is provided in person on the dates you booked — by checking in at the property, or arriving at the activity's stated meeting point and time.
