Preparing your stay
How your booking is delivered, there's no physical shipment involved.
We sell bookings for accommodation stays and guided activities, not physical products, so there is nothing to ship or deliver by courier or post.
Once a booking is confirmed, it's delivered electronically: you receive an instant booking confirmation, and the stay or activity itself is provided in person on the dates you booked, by checking in at the property, or arriving at the activity's stated meeting point and time.
