Cancellation policies
2 weeks prior to arrival: 0% of the total confirmed rate will be levied.
1 week prior to arrival: 30% of the total confirmed rate will be levied.
4 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total confirmed rate will be levied.
1 day prior to arrival: 100% of the total confirmed rate will be levied.

General rules
Reservations made in advance, paid in full or guaranteed with a valid Travel Agency voucher, will not be affected by future rate increases.
We offer self-catering accommodation in all our accommodation units. Each house accommodates a maximum number of guests as specified for that accommodation.
Housekeeping is available on the 3rd day of your stay. Should you require housekeeping every day, an additional charge will apply.
When extending your reservation, extra days will be charged at the rate applicable on that specific day.
In the event that a guest does not check in on the first night of the reservation without prior notification, the accommodation will not be held for the number of days already paid for.
Please note that the check-in time on the arrival date is 14:00, and the check-out time on the date of departure is 10:00.
Regrettably, no pets are allowed. Guide dogs are permitted.
Please advise us if you will be checking in later than the standard check-in time.
Please note that errors and omissions are excluded. Rates are subject to change without prior notification.
A refundable Breakage/Key Deposit will be requested and is payable on check-in.
No parties are allowed. Visitors should leave the premises by 21:00.
Our premises are a bottle-free zone. All bottles and lids must be deposited/kept in a designated bin to avoid injuries.
