We share information only where necessary to operate the service — for example, with our payment processor to take payment, or with staff at the relevant property to prepare for your stay. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to our recordkeeping obligations for completed bookings. Contact us to make a request.

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Bambly B Booking System after a change means you accept the updated policy.
