By making a booking through BamblyB Forest Leisure Booking System, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any property- or activity-specific booking policies shown to you at checkout.

All prices are shown and charged in South African Rand (ZAR) and are confirmed at the time of booking. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been processed and you receive a confirmation. Availability, pricing and specifications shown on this site reflect our records at the time of viewing and may change until a booking is confirmed.

Photos, descriptions and specifications for properties and activities are provided for guidance and may differ slightly from the exact unit or experience you receive (for example, room layout or activity equipment). We correct known inaccuracies promptly when reported.

Guests must provide accurate booking details, arrive within the property or activity's stated check-in window, and follow the house rules and safety instructions provided for their property or activity, see booking policies. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay or activity beyond reasonable wear and tear.

We take reasonable care to keep our properties and activities safe, but participation in on-site activities carries inherent risk. Where an activity requires it, you may be asked to sign a separate indemnity or safety acknowledgment before taking part.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from a booking will first be addressed directly with our team before any other action is taken.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services or the law. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
